Dr Hans Volkersz Arts (Leiden), FCS (SA) Orth, ATLS, Orthopaedic Surgeon who did his undergraduate studies at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands and his post-graduate studies at the University of Witwaterstrand in Johannesburg South Africa.
Medico-Legal Reports
Dr Hans Volkersz has been compiling medico-legal reports since 1994, almost exclusively for the plaintiff. During this time he has produced over 3000 such reports and acted as an expert witness in over 100 cases in Gauteng’s High Courts, no Medical Negligence cases though.
Musculo-Skeletal Trauma
Dr Hans Volkersz has, for over 30 years, specialised in the management of Musculo-Skeletal Trauma, starting off with a five year stint at the Baragwanath Orthopaedic Department as a consultant.
